You will receive a text message informing you the engineer is on their way to you. This could be from round the corner or further afield but they are making their way to you.

 If we have let you know we are on our way and no one answers the door, our engineer will move onto the next appointment. Unfortunately we will not call once at the

 If we have let you know we are on our way and no one answers the door, our engineer will move onto the next appointment. Unfortunately we will not call once at the property. This is due to multiple customers telling us they are a couple of minutes away and taking over 30 minutes to arrive which seriously impacts our timings for  the day. In a days run we can visit upto 20 customers. if only half delayed us this would add hours to the day. If your not in and have not informed us your appointment it will need to be rebooked.

Please make sure any cupboards are clear where your appliance is connected to the utilities. The Engineer will look to fix your appliance. We hold a large stock of parts but some parts may still need to be ordered. Unfortunately we can't hold all 3.2 million spares available with us. (that would be a big van)

Pets

All Pets must be locked away and not be able to near to the engineer, 

Cleanliness

We have no interest in clutter or messy homes but we do ask for it to be clean for our engineer where they are working. If the environment is not fit our engineer will unfortunately refuse to work in the conditions . 

Cabinets and Skirting/Plinths

If your appliance is integrated our engineers are happy to remove them but cannot accept any liability for any damage caused during removal or re fitting of an appliance. If you are concerned it is up to you to remove the appliance and have it free to work on for our engineer. Please note if you have a plinth that is glued or any glue/silicone plinths our engineer will not remove these. 

Flooring

Even though we try our best with taking care on moving appliances with mats and skids, it is the customers responsibility to protect their floors in the work area of the engineer. NBA Appliance Services takes no liability for damaged floors that were not protected by a professional product. You can buy disposable floor protection sheets from the the links Below. Please note the appliance should allow an engineer 360 access. If the engineer has to remove the appliance, The Appliance Warranty Company hold no Liability to any unprotected surface. If you have protected your surface and damaged was caused we would need a photo of before and after and emailed into us
